課程概述

-本課程旨在介紹經濟評估之基本原理、功能與限制，以及經濟評估應用在衛生計畫及醫療科技時常用方法之適用時機，包括成本效果分析(cost effectiveness analysis), 成本效用分析( cost utility analysis), 成本效益分析(cost benefit analysis)等。討論議題包括國內外相關研究之發展，以及二代健保醫療科技評估制度。 

課程目標
 學生在修習完此課程後，應具備以下能力：
1. 具備醫療體系與健康產業基礎評估能力
2. 具備研究設計與資料分析能力
3. 具備外語與溝通能力
 
課程要求
 上課方式以講授與討論並重，學生應1.踴躍參加課堂上的討論；2.繳交作業；3.以小組的方式報告並評論一篇與經濟評估有關之實證研究，並自選一個題目練習經濟評估的方法，於學期末做專題報告後繳交。
